Rostelecom, after rejecting two offers from Synterra for its 31.59 percent stake in RTComm.RU, is now buying out the other 68.41 percent of the company from Synterra to become the sole owner of the Russian ISP.
Fitch Ratings has assigned Russia’s largest mobile phone operator Mobile TeleSystems (MTS) a long-term issuer default rating of BB+ with a stable outlook. The agency gave the company a national long-term rating of AA+(rus) and a short-term issuer default rating of B.
