Skype, a VoIP company based in Luxembourg, has released a Java-based application for mobile phones to users in selected markets, namely Estonia, Finland, Poland, Brazil (Rio de Janeiro), Denmark, Sweden and the UK. It includes features such as Skype-to-Skype and SkypeOut calls.
