Serbian government revoke decision

The Serbian government has revoked the decision made by the Ministry of Telecommunications according to which this ministry has taken over the authority of the country’s telecommunications agency Ratel for a period of 120 days.

According to Deputy Prime Minister, Bozidar Delic, the government established that ministry has violated the law, but that this does not mean that Ratel and other regulatory bodies have done a good job.
