The Estonian mobile market is one of the most advanced in the world (along with country’s technology industry in general), due partially to its ‘Tiigrihüpe’ drive to improve technology in 1996.
The three operators in the country are TeliaSonera, Tele2 and Elisa and it has over 120 percent mobile penetration levels.
The smallest opertor in the region Elisa is the only operator to have consistently grown each quarter over the past year, due to the high penetration levels.
