Serbia: Mobile Telecoms Market Overview
Serbia’s mobile market is dominated by the incumbent telco, Telekom Srbija, which controls 60 percent of the market. Telenor is the second largest operator, it has a GSM900/1800 network as well as GPRS, EDGE, UMTS and HSDPA. VIP Mobile, the newest entrant to the market, within just over a year it has gained 7 percent market share.
