Rostelecom, after rejecting two offers from Synterra for its 31.59 percent stake in RTComm.RU, is now buying out the other 68.41 percent of the company from Synterra to become the sole owner of the Russian ISP.
The deal priced at USD 66 million should be completed within two months. RTComm.RU provides Internet access services for operators and information and communication services for corporate customers. It currently has access points in 130 cities across the Russian Federation.
