VivaCell-MTS opens centre in Vedi

VivaCell-MTS announced last week the opening of its 76th service centre in Vedi, Ararat region (marz). The centre is open 7-days a week, with reduced hours on Sunday, with the capacity to serve 140 subscribers a day.

VivaCell-MTS General Manager Ralph Yirikian said at the opening: “VivaCell-MTS listens carefully to what our customers want and we react promptly. Thus we are opening new service centres in the regions of the country”.

The full range of the VivaCell-MTS products and services are available in the centre including international roaming, post- and pre-paid packages with respective tariff plans, invoice settling, different denomination scratch cards, number selection, GPRS, corporate packages, detailed bills, and other services.

VivaCell-MTS are the country’s largest cellco by subscribers with more than twice as many as rival VimpelCom’s Armentel:
