Center Telecom and SkyLink have signed a general cooperation agreement for the development and implementation of a joint programme in Russia’s Central Federal District.

The companies will sell products based on Center Telecom’s IMT-MC-450 mobile network under the SkyLink brand, while existing SkyLink products and new products especially developed for Center Telecom will be available in SkyLink retail outlets.

The companies will also work together to develop the IMT-MC-450 mobile network in the Bryansk, Smolensk, Kursk, Lipetsk, Belgorod, Orel, and Tambov regions and develop joint services on the basis of fixed-mobile convergence.
